Chelsea Dean
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working with children, adolescence, and adult women since 2013. My specialties include anxiety, ADHD, family changes, self esteem, relationship stress, behavioral issues, risky behaviors in teens, bullying, trauma, grief, women’s issues, challenges surrounding perinatal and postpartum mental health. I also have extensive experiencing working with children with unique needs including Autism, ADHD, OCD and panic disorder. I work to bring a calm and grounded presence to my work always infused with a touch of humor. My down to earth personality helps create an approachable environment, making the process of navigating therapy feel more manageable. As a wife and mother of two, I understand the struggle to set aside time for yourself. I believe the heart of effective therapy lies in the relationship between therapist and client, this is why I work closely with parents to truly understand their family’s unique needs. Clients can expect to leave therapy sessions feeling understood and supported, with practical tools for mindfulness, stronger connections in their relationships, and a sense of balance inspired by a nurturing, nature-grounded approach.
