I specialize in working with young adult women in college or post-grad who struggle with perfectionism, disordered eating, and quarter-life transition issues. I teach my clients skills to manage symptoms while incorporating holistic somatic therapy. Our trauma and life experience life in the body! The treatment I practice will help you tune into your body's cues and give you a roadmap for meeting your mental and emotional needs. My priority is to make sure you get what you need from therapy.
