As a Licensed Professional Counselor I believe that making our mental health a priority in our lives is truly one of the most important and rewarding things we can do, but it can also be one of the most difficult. It would be my honor and privilege to walk beside you on your journey towards towards healing and wholeness. Using a variety of techniques, I have worked with a variety of ages from 12-80+ on issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship issues. I am very client centered in my approach pulling from a variety of techniques according to the needs of each person including Christian counseling. I'm here to provide you with the support, encouragement, and knowledge you need to find healing. Sessions start with a time of getting to know each other and your reasons for seeking treatment. I want to create and environment where you feel at home and safe to be your authentic self. We will work together to set goals and a direction to achieve those goals.
