I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey, National Certified Counselor through the NBCC, and an Approved Clinical Supervisor. As a therapist I do not buy into the belief that one approach fits every client. I alter my approach to each and every client and I bring a different approach to sessions to help build a healthy and strong therapeutic relationship. I provide tele-mental health counseling to adolescents and adults scheduled at a time that works for you. I have been providing psychotherapy for over a decade to a variety of demographics. I meet each client where they are and my sessions are guided by the client's unique goals. I implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused therapeutic techniques to assist you in working towards and reaching your therapeutic goals. My clients find that I structure my sessions catered to them. I help clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, work stress, relationship issues and other family conflicts by creating goals catered to them.
