I am a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in mental health and childhood trauma. I use attachment based modalities to get to the root cause of challenges for clients. My therapy is inclusive, affirming, transformative, and authentic. I am here to meet clients where they are at and I do so with a warm, affirming, inclusive approach. I am kind while also making sure to challenge clients when appropriate. Humor is healing and I will always add in dashes of humor during sessions. After a first session with me a client will get a general feel of how I operate. An ideal client for me is someone who feels like they have tried everything in their power to make changes/feel better but they keep getting stuck. I will help clients move through depression, anxiety, and post traumatic stress disorder. I often work best with people who have over compensated for others and tend to be people pleasers. I am a queer woman and would love to support fellow LGBTQ+ folks.
