I earned my Master of Science in Counseling at John Brown University and have worked in Community Mental Health for several years. I am experienced with a wide variety of issues. I enjoy supporting clients through chronic health conditions, grief & loss, trauma, women's issues, divorce care, depression/anxiety, and life transitions. I am passionate about premarital/remarriage counseling and integrating clients' faith into evidence-based therapies for clients seeing this. I employ an eclectic and holistic approach to mental health and wellness, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, CBT, ACT, FLASH, Seed Digging, and SFBT. I create a nurturing and secure environment that allows clients to delve into various aspects of their lives. Clients leave my office feeling seen and heard.
