I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 16 years of experience in the mental health field. First five years of my career I worked alongside a team of professionals in a clinic that provided treatment for various issues including, ADHD, anger, anxiety, depression, self-mutilation, grief and trauma to children, adolescents and adults. Last eight years I have been working with the military population, were I provide solution-focused therapy to service members and their families. My preferred approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Attachment Theory and Client-Centered Therapy. Services include anger management, communication, relationship, conflict resolution, grief and loss, parenting, decision making and goal setting. I am confident in my abilities and professionalism to provide a safe, relaxed and caring environment in order to help with your needs and challenges. I have the energy, motivation and skills to help implement daily living skills, set goals and adjust to change.
