Life is tough, but so are YOU! My goal is to help you navigate through difficulties in life, while providing a non-judgemental compassionate environment to feel heard, understood, and accepted. It's my honor and privilege to partner with you to better understand what you're feeling, where the feeling originated from, and how you can move forward in life. A lot of us struggle with things in life that are out of our control. We do have control over our thoughts, feelings, and actions. I have worked with a variety of populations including; children as young as 4 years old to young adult individuals. I have successfully worked with clients using evidence based practices to treat issues such as anxiety, grief, secondary trauma, relationship issues, grief, depression, and many other "speed bumps" that people experience in this life.
