As a Marriage Family Therapist and Addiction Counselor, I help those who feel stuck and overwhelmed. I have experience with individuals working through anxiety (worry, panic, phobias & social anxiety), depression, grief, trauma, and addiction recovery. I support individuals who are experiencing marital conflict, divorce, and single parenting. My goal is to guide you to gain clarity, learn to trust yourself, and ultimately heal. *I do NOT see couples with insurance or take individuals with Cigna/Magellan. Couples fee is $200. My approach to therapy is very dependent on the person seeking therapy. Everyone is an individual with different needs. My innate belief is that everyone can heal. We will start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. From there we will collaboratively set your goals and a plan to reach them.
