I focus on supporting the whole person with all the tools I have accumulated in my journey. This can include breathing exercises, meditation practices, supplements, moving the body, storytelling, social engagement, healing foods, as well as medications. My goal is to fully support and accept you where you are now, to fully hear your goals to be more fully who you want to be, and to work with you to get there. My style is highly collaborative. I see my clients as partners and owners of their health and wellbeing. I am a consultant, an educator and guide. You are the owner and expert on your life. I make recommendations based on my education, experience, and intuition in alignment with your priorities. We work together to tweak your plan until you are happy with the results.
