Seeking therapy can be a daunting and often times, overwhelming process. My hope is to help you feel safe, comfortable, and supported within our therapeutic space, and regardless of the provider you work with, I hope you experience a meaningful match with your provider, and one that fosters continued growth. I enjoy working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, medical-related concerns, life-related stressors and/or transitions, and relationship difficulties. While therapy will be tailored to your goals and needs, my aim will always be to foster a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can feel challenged to think and grow, while also feeling comfortable to work toward the goals you have set for yourself within therapy. In doing so, we will work off of your strengths, resources, and any previously utilized solutions, while also developing a toolkit of resources and newly identified strengths to help you in your journey forward. As we initiate this collaborative journey of therapy, we will begin with an introductory session during which time we will discuss what has brought you in for therapy and what goals you might like to accomplish during our time together. If you are uncertain of your therapy-related goals, that is okay too, as we will take the time to develop these together! My goal for therapy is to foster a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment where we can place focus on working toward your goals.
