David’s experience covers many populations. The difficult is done right away, and the impossible takes a little longer. My focus and attention are using the person's strengths and using opportunities to resolve issues vs. describing the problem without a plan of action. An excellent example of a session is a road trip with the client behind the steering wheel while I am the passenger. I am creative and offer an active and reflective approach in sessions. I use an active and working treatment approach with tangible goals that are realistic and reasonable for success. I find those I have treated leave with a sense of being understood and experiencing respect and dignity.

How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
