I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong commitment to providing inclusive, culturally responsive, and compassionate care. I earned my degree from Hunter College, where I developed a deep appreciation for serving diverse populations and addressing the unique mental health needs of individuals from all backgrounds. My professional experience includes working with clients facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and trauma-related disorders. I am passionate about creating a welcoming and affirming space where people of all identities feel seen, heard, and empowered in their healing journey. My approach to care is holistic, integrating evidence-based psychopharmacology with supportive therapy, lifestyle modifications, and mindfulness techniques.
