I know from my own personal experiences what it feels like to live with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. While that doesn’t mean I know exactly what you’re going through, it does mean I can help you find realistic, down-to-earth solutions to coping with these conditions in your own life. In the same way that counseling has helped me find more effective ways to deal with tough thoughts and feelings, I’m confident counseling can help you find happiness in spite of the challenges you may be facing. If dealing with ADHD, anxiety, and depression were easy, you'd have figured it out by now. I know how it feels to struggle with these conditions, to feel held back by your thoughts and emotions. There are ways to lead a happy life in spite of these challenges. I can help you find a realistic approach to improvement using coping techniques that you can actually apply in your daily life. I can offer real empathy for your situation while also helping you challenge yourself to make changes. Counseling should always feel safe. You are not "broken." I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you recognize the connection between your thoughts and feelings. I will encourage you to question some of your own thinking, particularly the thoughts that are making you unhappy. I can teach you about common thinking errors to help you recognize how your own thoughts may be affecting your view of the world.
