Welcome, glad you are here. Let me tell you a little about myself😊 I have worked in various settings of change and growth since 2014. My experience includes children, adults, families, substance abuse, and residential treatment centers. I use a variety of therapies and techniques including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I use a body, mind, and soul approach to treating clients. I believe therapy is supposed to be a time of transformation, where the client gets to learn about themselves and develop into the person they were meant to be. My approach is to guide the client through the process of change and healing with the destination being resilience and security in self. I believe I bring a unique perspective and understanding to clients in being able to guide them effectively in their process of change. It has been my experience that the truth is what sets us free and is often an agent for change. The question then becomes do you want to change and are you willing to do the work necessary for that change? If this is you then I am the counselor for you.
