Deanna Turner
As a LMHC-D, I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, stress, relationship struggles, life transitions, and perinatal concerns. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults, helping them manage a variety of mental health concerns. From helping teenagers through the stress of school and social pressures, to supporting young adults as they face career and relationship changes, to working with adults in navigating the challenges of family, work, and personal growth. I believe in meeting clients where they are and tailoring my approach to fit their unique needs. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Strength-Based approaches, and Relational techniques, I focus on empowering clients by building upon their strengths, promoting self-awareness, and encouraging positive, lasting change. Together, we work collaboratively to set goals and develop strategies that help you navigate your struggles with confidence and clarity. In our sessions, you can expect a warm, non-judgmental environment where you feel heard and understood. I strive to make you feel comfortable and safe, while also encouraging personal growth and exploration. Together, we will explore the tools, strategies, and insights that will best support your goals. You’ll also learn how to set healthy boundaries, prioritize self-care, and create lasting changes that help you find balance in all areas of your life.
