I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Profressional and Mental Health Teletherapy Professional. I have worked with people who have committed sexual offenses, as well as people who have suffered from sexual and physical violence. I enjoy working with people who want to make positive changes in their lives to experience their best self. I am sensitive to your responsivity needs, therefore, am eclictic in my therapeutic approach. I possess a strong Cognitive Behavioral Therapeutic modality, mixed with a Family Systems Integrative and strength-based approach . I want to build a strong therapeutic allicance with my clients, and enjoy utilizing EMDR when needed! You will feel heard, seen, and know that you have me in your corner working collaboratively with you to acheive your mental health goals!.
