I received my Masters of Science in Social Work (MSSW) from the University of Louisville. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker- Supervisor in the state of Ohio. My wealth of experiences as a Mental Health therapist has afforded me the opportunity to provide individual , group, and marital counseling. I also provide counseling to birth mothers who have taken the step in making an adoption plan for their child and counselling to the prospective adoptive parents. I have over 25 plus years in working with issues that are specific to the Veteran population such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Military Sexual Trauma (MST) Loss & Grief and Boundaries. For women who find themselves in need of counseling it takes courage to ask for help and then to follow through with the help that is given to them. I am committed and dedicated to creating a warm, respectful, empathic, nonjudgement, inviting place to meet their needs and their goals. Through a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship, we will work together to promote insight into their current struggles, process their thoughts feelings and emotions. Assist them in learning from the past and how to use the past as an anchor to create the future they desire. I will assist you in creating and developing healthy boundaries that will empower you to be a happier version of you and this will also be impactful in building your self esteem.
