I am a mash up of Positive & Humanistic Psychology, an experienced clinician with a trauma-informed approach. Grounded in openness, honesty, trust, humor and confidentially. My passion is to empower you to recognize that you can become the hero of your own life. We will work together to discover & create your desired Outcome followed by learning how to identify and apply your unique gifts and skills so that your Outcome becomes visible and attainable. I am trained in the practices of: attachment, existential, Life Coaching, peri & menopause brain/women's issues, and estrangement/enmeshment, polyvagal informed EMDR. You can learn to live life freely and authentically, thrive in relationships, and to experience true healing and growth. I specialize in areas that drive vitality and strength in an individual. Those areas are: Relationship to self and to others, emotions, Body/mind awareness, Life transitions, anxiety, and relationships. I'm a wife, mother, daughter, sister and I have a story. I want to know yours. I am proud to incorporate all of my experience and insight into my practice. Ultimately, the goal is to uncover your passion and perseverance.

Do participating providers pay us?

To make our site free for consumers, Psych Hub receives fees from provider groups, networks, or individual providers to connect with potential clients who are a fit for their services. How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
