My name is Millie and I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2018 from Loyola University in New Orleans. I have practiced in a variety of settings since then; including a group practice, a residential substance use program, and an inpatient hospital. I am passionate about helping clients who are struggling with relationship issues, life transitions, grief, substance use issues, anxiety and depression. I am an empathetic and caring person and will work to meet the client where they are at, while providing therapeutic interventions to help cope with life. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques and family system techniques. I strive to create a welcoming, safe, and comfortable environment where clients can work towards their goals and process the challenges of life.

How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What is the relationship between Psych Hub and these providers?

The providers listed on our site are all independent entities from Psych Hub. We have a contractual relationship with each provider that governs the terms of their participation on the site, and in some cases, as mentioned above, their use of Psych Hub's educational content. There is no other affiliation between Psych Hub and the providers listed on our site.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
