Hello, my name is Dr. Bleyan and I practice both general and integrative psychiatry. In my practice I take an in-depth, holistic approach to your mental health providing the highest quality patient care. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, PTSD, sleep disorders, mood disorders, OCD, adjustment disorder, medication management, psychotherapy, supplements, natural remedies and mind-body wellness. As a psychiatrist who is board certified in both general psychiatry and integrative psychiatry I provide a holistic approach to mental health care that combines conventional psychiatric treatments with complementary therapies. In addition, I offer transcranial magnetic stimulation services for treatment resistant depression, OCD. I want my patients to feel empowered to overcome their mental health after their appointment with me. I want my patients to know there is more to your mental health than just medications. Through a multimodal approach we can find the source of your anguish and create a strategic plan to improve your mental health.

The care options presented consist of treatment providers that we have assessed to be quality providers across a range of services for mental health, substance use, relationships, and other well-being needs. Do participating providers pay us?

To make our site free for consumers, providers on Psych Hub pay fees to connect with potential clients who are a fit for their services. Some also purchase Psych Hub's educational content for practitioner training and client support. How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What is the relationship between Psych Hub and these providers?

The providers listed on our site are all independent entities from Psych Hub. We have a contractual relationship with each provider that governs the terms of their participation on the site, and in some cases, as mentioned above, their use of Psych Hub's educational content. What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
