If you’ve ever felt “frozen in time” or like certain thoughts and emotions won’t go away, EMDR can help. Using bilateral stimulation, EMDR allows your brain to reprocess distressing memories so they no longer control you. Internal Family Systems (IFS): Understanding & Calming Your Inner World IFS therapy sees your mind as made up of different “parts” of you—some anxious, some critical, some that just want to escape.
