I have worked in inpatient and outpatient settings, serving clients from diverse backgrounds. I am a clinical fellow with the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and served on the NYAAMFT board of Directors as the Albany/ Hudson Valley Chapter President for two terms. I am a trained Gottman therapist, leader and educator. I have a collaborative approach to working with clients - utilizing and building upon clients' strengths to achieve therapeutic goals. In my practice, I see adults of all age ranges, families, couples, and adolescents. I am interested in helping clients navigate life-cycle changes such as marriage, becoming parents, retirement, divorce, etc. I am also able to work with clients with trauma history, depression, anxiety and interpersonal difficulties. Clients who are motivated and committed to the process can expect to learn new tools, gain helpful insights, and partner in achieving therapeutic goals.

Do participating providers pay us?

To make our site free for consumers, providers on Psych Hub pay fees to connect with potential clients who are a fit for their services. Some also purchase Psych Hub's educational content for practitioner training and client support. How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What is the relationship between Psych Hub and these providers?

The providers listed on our site are all independent entities from Psych Hub. We have a contractual relationship with each provider that governs the terms of their participation on the site, and in some cases, as mentioned above, their use of Psych Hub's educational content. What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
