Diana is a LMHC with experience in working with children, adolescents, individuals, couples, groups, and families. Diana holds a master's degree programs in School Psychology and School Administration and Supervision. Diana loves working with children, adolescents, and teens, as well as adults from diverse backgrounds. Her aim is to assist clients and their families in processing emotions and acquiring coping skills to handle everyday stressors and reduce symptoms. Diana employs various evidence-based modalities within a relational framework including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Psychodynamic therapy, and Exposure Therapy to support her clients. Her expertise extends to working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, familial relationship challenges, behavioral problems, and trauma. She takes a client-centered approach to therapy, valuing individuals as active participants in their own therapeutic journey. . In therapy, Diana creates a safe and supportive environment where clients can address their mental health needs without judgment. Her approach focuses on helping individuals grow, evolve, adapt, and learn.
