Together, with curiosity and compassion, we can explore the experiences that conditioned you to be the person you are today and process your feelings, as well as their origins. I aim to help my clients tune in to their inner wisdom, find grounding within themselves, and feel excited about who they are and what they have to offer the world. I have a special focus on incorporating Internal Family Systems (IFS institute training), therapeutic art, somatic expression, and embodiment techniques into my practice. Having lived in three countries across two continents, I bring a rich tapestry of experiences in working with diverse cultural backgrounds.
