What I love most about working with my patients is witnessing their journey of self-discovery and growth. It’s truly rewarding to collaborate with each person as we explore the unique strengths, challenges, and patterns that shape their experiences. I find deep fulfillment in helping clients identify the small but meaningful steps they can take to transform their lives or relationships. Whether it's guiding someone toward improved communication with a partner, developing healthier coping strategies, or simply being a compassionate listener, every breakthrough—no matter how small—is a powerful reminder of the resilience and capacity for change that each individual holds. Watching clients reclaim hope and agency in their lives is what continues to fuel my passion for this work. My passion lies in helping partners reconnect, rebuild trust, and develop the skills necessary to maintain a healthy, fulfilling relationship. My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, combining elements of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and the Gottman Method. I am an eclectic therapist, meaning I pull from many different theories and techniques to provide personalized treatment and meet your specific needs in the moment whatever they may be. During your first appointment, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy and decide the best ways to achieve the desired outcome. From there, we will regularly touch base on your progress towards your goals.
