I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri and received my Master of Arts in Counseling from Lindenwood University. I take a collaborative approach with my clients. I specialize in recovery from grief, addictions, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I believe every day offers a new beginning and whenever a client decides to seek support through life's challenges, it is the right time. I utilize a variety of modalities: Trauma Focused, Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Strength-Based, and Motivational Interviewing. I focus on building your strengths and helping you navigate through life's transitions. My goal is to assist you in finding balance and peace within yourself to overcome the challenges you are facing or have faced.
