My name is Elle, and I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) within the Chicago area. I am passionate about working with adults and adolescents to help reduce stress, gain resilience, and improve quality of life in a holistic manner. I am also a certified yoga teacher, and specialize in managing the mind-body connection. I provide an open approach in my practice, utilizing methods from multiple modalities to help regulate emotions, manage anxiety, and learn to cope with past trauma. I combine mindfulness techniques with different evidence-based modalities to help foster overall wellness. We start where you are! Therapy can be an intimidating process to begin; I strive to create an open, warm, and inviting space to help strengthen the therapeutic relationship. With time, we can shift to a solution-based focus on goals.

If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service.
