I have over 13 years of experience working with children, teens and adults. I am thoroughly trained in CBT, DBT and incorporate Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness into my work with clients. I am trauma-informed and have extensive experience helping families in crisis. I often draw from modalities including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness creating a client centered and strengths-based approach. During treatment, we will initially focus on what has brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. In our work together, I will strive to understand your individualized goals of therapy, and how I can best serve you in your journey of meeting those goals. I work diligently to understand your family history and how past experiences have impacted and shaped your life. Together, we will partner in processing those past experiences and develop new, healthier strategies to apply to your life now.
