I have been a therapist for 12 years, and I work to create non-judgmental, supportive partnerships with my clients. I am particularly passionate about helping adolescents and young adults. My primary focus has been providing therapy, advocacy, and support to youth and families. I specialize in working with adolescents/young adults who rely on substance use and other maladaptive coping skills to manage their moods. I take a holistic approach to therapy, emphasizing the importance of finding balance in life. This begins with building self-esteem and practicing effective self-care. My person-centered approach puts you in the driver's seat—we move at your pace, ensuring that therapy always feels supportive and comfortable for you. We are a team collaborating to reach your goals, but I encourage family involvement if possible.
