I want you to be successful in making changes that will improve your quality of life, therefore my approach is non-judgmental, collaborative, and direct. We will work as a team to address the struggles you are having and make meaningful changes that yield improvement in your relationships, productivity, and mood. We will work together to identify where your symptoms are coming from, identify coping skills to manage those symptoms, and work toward helping you to create a life you love. In therapy you will gain knowledge and a new perspective about your symptoms, learn coping skills to manage those symptoms, and build your support system.
