I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) since January 2012. I take great pride in restoring hope and optimism in my clients; thus, empowering them to improve their life as they see fit. I most often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my practice. I have found that often our thoughts turn into beliefs and that we behave or act accordingly. In sessions we will explore those thoughts and determine whether they suit your needs and change them as you see fit. I provide service that is in partnership with my client. I am committed to developing a consistent treatment plan that focuses on my client's specific needs, goals and outcomes in meeting their expectations, while being sensitive and empathetic to their cultural background and values. I'm an active listener. I seek clarification and compose a therapeutic plan that is specific to their goals. Then, I use evidence-based techniques that are effective over time and provide practical feedback.
