I have eight years of experience in the human services field, supporting individuals through life’s challenges. My background includes working with people navigating addiction, using a harm reduction approach, as well as working in a recovery center for individuals experiencing disordered eating. Through these experiences, I found myself most drawn to one-on-one conversations—deep, personal dialogues where clients could share their stories in an intimate space. This led me to pursue my master’s degree at City University of Seattle and transition into private practice, where I have been working with clients for the past four years. In private practice, I specialize in working with highly sensitive individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, perfectionism, self-criticism, and burnout. Influenced by my own exploration of healing and counseling, I take a compassionate approach that looks beyond symptoms to uncover the deeper wounds and beliefs that may be shaping a client’s experience. Drawing from narrative therapy, self-compassion, and mindfulness, I help clients shift unhelpful patterns, build resilience, and reconnect with a sense of meaning. I see times of struggle as moments of profound courage, where healing and transformation become possible.. When I work with clients, I listen intently to how they talk about their lives to understand the storylines that are emerging. How do they view themselves and their experiences? By asking gentle questions and giving clients the space to share, we are able to weave a thread together and explore their inner world. Clients can expect a warm, relaxed, and nonjudgmental space where they feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I approach therapy with curiosity and compassion, helping clients examine the narratives they hold about themselves while developing greater self-awareness and self-compassion. Through our work, clients often gain clarity, emotional relief, and a deeper understanding of themselves. Many find they relate to their struggles with more kindness, feel more confident in navigating life’s challenges, and develop tools to manage anxiety, stress, and perfectionism. I believe healing is not linear, and I strive to create a grounded, supportive environment where clients can move at their own pace. Whether you’re seeking deeper self-exploration, relief from distress, or practical tools for daily life, I’m here to meet you where you are and walk alongside you in this process.
