I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia and I have a Masters of Arts Degree in Professional Counseling. For the past 20+ years, my experience highlights working with adults in the social services and mental health field. I specialize in providing adults with individual therapy to address self esteem, anxiety, low moods, and manage stress/embrace healthy coping strategies to deal with life transitions, women issues, promoting educator's self-care & work/life balance, life fulfillment/satisfaction, boundary setting, fertility challenges, and pre/post cosmetic surgical procedures. My primary focus is to create a warm, inviting, and positive rapport with clients. The first steps in taking care of your mental wellness start with awareness and courage. However, my primary clinical modalities consist of Person/Client centered, Eclectic Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Existential Psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
