Play is important work! As a clinical psychologist with 20 years of experience working with children and families, I have extensive experience in early childhood mental health, play therapy, and caregiver consultations. Some of my clinical focus areas include: attachment work parenting skill building table-top role playing game (RPG) group therapy play therapy early childhood (0-5) trauma treatment sensory processing differences and neurodiversity I use a play-based, relational and client-centered approach to support healthy family relationships and to help children of all ages grow strong and resilient. Caregivers can expect a supportive, collaborative and consultative approach to addressing their concerns. My work with children is relationship-focused and child-led, and adapted to each child's individual, developmental level and needs. My goals are always to help all members of a family feel more confident and competent. I support clients to engage in generative conflict, healthy self-advocacy, build healthier relationship security, and develop stronger self- and co-regulation skills. Please note: I am only able to see clients living in New York State due to licensure requirements. Additionally, due to Headway's contracts with Empire BCBS, I am not able to work with Empire or Excellus BCBS clients through Headway at this time.
