Erynn Reed
Hello! My name is Erynn Reed and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker ready and eager to help you further succeed in life. I received my Bachelor degree from Texas Christian University and a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Texas in Arlington. I have a passion for helping others navigate through their life and find those coping skills that will work as tools to build a brighter future. I have years of experience working with children and adults with a variety of mental health diagnosis including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, bipolar, and adjustment disorders. I am certified in TF-CBT, EMDR trained, and trained in CFTSI. I implement a client-centered approach to therapy which means, I work with you on what you believe the most pressing issues are and being our work from there. Sometimes life can appear to be hopeless, especially without the proper tools to dig ourselves out of the dark holes we find ourselves in. My purpose is to help you gain the skills necessary to make life less daunting and discover those needed tools.
