Hello, I am excited to join you in taking positive and decisive steps on your journey of healing and restoration. 35+ years of providing counseling support to individuals, couples and families have allowed me to develop an extensive array of therapeutic experiences and individual patience while working with my clients. My primary therapeutic approaches to counseling include cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic and holistic therapy. I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression and other mood disorders. I assist couples with working through problematic relationship issues to help them find meaningful solutions for "mental healthier" outcomes. I help individuals form a practical and positive sense of self-awareness, provide psychoeducational support so they can better understand their condition and identify behavioral tools that will lead to healthy life changes.

Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.
