My areas of focus is on the anxiety disorders, mood, Reparenting, couples counseling, and trauma. My down-to-earth approach helps clients feel comfortable and safe to explore and grow in skills to manage difficult and challenging areas of development. My approach to therapy to develop treatement plans based on the clients goals and using many treatment modalites that is evidence-based and practical for the client. Many clients report to experience lots of symptom relief and a new perception of themselves, difficulties and the presenting challenges. I help clients learn lifelong skills to help them live the lives and achieve the goals that they deserve!.

We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.
