Instead of living with a persistent feeling of fear, anger, shame or anxiety, can you reset yourself to be present, self-aware and connected to others. I use Somatic Experiencing and NARM to process trauma and Complex PTSD. All of our sessions follow the same format: we get settled, establish session-goals, spend the majority of the time problem solving and gaining insight, confirm the goals were met then debrief the sessions for feedback.
