As a licensed independent Psychotherapist in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, I bring 10-plus years of extensive experience in case management for children and families, parents, the elderly, and caregivers, and along two years working with clients with Renal Failure. Six years of the ten also focused on helping clients aged 15 and older address anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, lack of motivation, and a desire for career advancement, and empowerment. I understand the importance of empathy, respect, listening, and collaboration. Each person's story and journey is unique and deserves to be heard. I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and lack of motivation. During the 1st session, I carefully assess and explore suitable approaches based on the client's needs. Together, we will work on the client developing tools to regulate their moods and regain control of their lives. Clients can walk away from sessions feeling welcomed, respected, heard, included, and empowered. Clients have the opportunity to tell their stories, explain the reason for coming to therapy, and describe their expectations from participating in therapy. I aim to foster a collaborative therapy process.
