I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in the state of Texas. I have over 13 years of counseling experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns. My experience is in working with adults, the military populations, and also substance use disorders. My approach to counseling begins with meeting you where you are in life. Throughout talk therapy, I often utilize therapeutic techniques from different theories including CBT, CPT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT. As a therapist, I also believe that each client is an individual and therefore the therapeutic approach must be tailored to each individual in their time of need. I will provide a welcoming relationship which encourages you to feel psychologically and emotionally supported in your life as you continue to learn and grow as an individual.
