My approach to therapy involves creating a supportive and empathetic environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I utilize a client-centered approach, tailoring the intervention to each individual's unique needs and preferences. Some modalities used, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and strengths-based approaches. Emphasizing collaboration, empowerment, and fostering client's self-discovery and growth. Clients can expect to take away a deeper understanding of themselves, their challenges, and potential solutions. They may gain insights, practical strategies, and tools to navigate their circumstances more effectively. Additionally, clients often develop increased self-awareness, resilience, and a clearer sense of direction towards their goals.
