Each person has different needs and goals and I believe it's important to keep these in mind to reduce unwanted thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and improve each client's day to day experiences. I use a variety of techniques and interventions to do my best to meet each person's needs. Ultimately, it's important for client's to feel supported, empowered, and hopeful. I hope each client feels that they are capable of healing and gain the tools and knowledge for lifelong mental and physical health.

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

The providers listed on our site are all independent entities from Psych Hub. What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
