I work with mothers who are overwhelmed, burnt-out, or tired of juggling it all. For some, the intensity of motherhood brings up difficult emotions or unprocessed parts of their past. Others feel lost under the burden of care-taking and managing the mental load. With compassion and skill, we’ll tend to the parts of you that have been neglected. We’ll develop strategies for prioritizing your needs. We’ll make space for your brilliant light to shine once again! I have a strong foundation in CBT and a trauma-informed approach. I often incorporate mindfulness and somatic techniques. I value authenticity, trust, and kindness– they are the relational building blocks needed to do the work. I will listen with compassion to your needs and honor your expertise in your own life. We’ll talk through each of your concerns and begin the process of setting goals. My intention is that you leave each session feeling understood, empowered, grounded and more at ease.
