In addition to helping with family communication, Gwen also enjoys working with individual adults, parents and couples through an attachment and emotionally focused therapy approach. Gwen's goal is to guide clients towards a focus on their strengths and to identify solution-focused goals towards meeting life’s challenges. Gwen not only offers an educational approach to helping clients solve their own problems, but she also believes in creating and designing an individual plan that works best for each client. She does not utilize an one-size-fits all approach to counseling or life coaching. Clients will feel empowered, validated, understood, and encouraged for steps to move forward with confidence and self compassion.

We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

The providers listed on our site are all independent entities from Psych Hub. What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
