Telehealth therapy. I offer individual therapy and couples therapy. Stress can present itself in many ways, causing us to feel disconnected from ourselves and others. I am open minded, using a strengths based module to work on growth with the client being open to learn with guidance, interactive feedback, and believe clients can learn and grow at any stage and I am excited to guide you through the process to heal. My approach is a collaborative process with client history and ideas. I have I specialize in grief, loss, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, domestic violence, bipolar, crisis management, codependency issues, substance abuse, and open to all population groups. Through several different methods of psychotherapy and collaborative work I want to help you feel empowered and in how you establish or change Telehealth via phone or Zoom. It can be hard to know where to start and I would like to help you process feelings in a safe trusting environment to grow at your own pace, to be free from what hurt you.
