I'm passionate about helping people ages 15 to 35 become the best versions of themselves by improving their self-esteem, developing strong boundaries, and learning to advocate for themselves. I also help people learn to cope with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, and many more. I believe therapy should include space for laughter and joy as much as it does for grief and sadness. I use a wide variety of evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ERP, etc.) that are proven to help people improve their mental health, but I'm also aware that there needs to be trust, in myself and in the process, for you to be able to have a positive and productive experience in therapy. Clients often leave sessions with greater insight about themselves and how they interact with the world around them. Sessions can, but don't necessarily, include homework to help you take actionable steps towards becoming the version of yourself you most want to be.
