Hello! Creating a space to improve mental health is my life's work. I studied at Marshall University to receive my degree in counseling . Since then, I have worked closely with people experiencing psychotic disorders, substance use disorders, common mental health diagnosis and those needing support in the LGBTQIA+ community. I recently started a new journey that is dear to my heart of providing free mental health services to our first responders in the county I live. My therapeutic approach is one of genuine acceptance. Taking this step to receive counseling takes courage, and I will celebrate that choice with you. I create a space for you that in inclusive and trauma informed. You set the pace and disclose what you want, when you want. Each session, my clients experience a well trained professional that is genuine and authentic. This means, we will explore your concerns together as a team. You are the expert on you, that will be honored in every session. I am there to provide you with experiences and resources that will help you reach your goal...and there will be laughter along the way.
