She has specialized training and many years of experience serving individuals and families affected by relationship abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, intellectual developmental disabilities, marriage conflicts, familial/parenting/parental/life transitional issues, and low self-esteem. Her goal is to provide clients with support, safety and empowerment we all need to work through the various conflicts in our life, by utilizing all of her faith to God, counseling experience, life experience, education and training. Joy-Hee's passion for social work and psychotherapy motivates her to strive for excellence and as the current role of therapist.

The care options presented consist of treatment providers that we have assessed to be quality providers across a range of services for mental health, substance use, relationships, and other well-being needs. How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

The providers listed on our site are all independent entities from Psych Hub. What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
