My areas of specialization include • Stress, anxiety, depression • Life transitions: relationship issues, divorce, infertility, teen years/college, parenting, job loss, illness, and end of life. • Loss and grief, including acute and prolonged grief • Post-traumatic stress reactions (PTSD) • First responders, medical professionals, and veterinarians experiencing work-related grief/stress. Over many years of practice, I've helped clients process difficult or transitional moments and increase self-understanding.
